To prepare tomato sauce without tomato paste, you can use fresh tomatoes as a base. Start by blanching the tomatoes to easily remove the skins, then chop and cook them down in a pot with some olive oil, garlic, onions, and herbs like basil and oregano. Let the mixture simmer and reduce until it reaches a thick sauce consistency. You can also add a bit of tomato puree or tomato sauce to enhance the flavor and texture if desired. **

Tomato paste is made by cooking tomatoes for a long time, then straining out the seeds and skins to create a thick, concentrated product. It has a deep, rich flavor and is often used to add intensity to dishes. Tomato puree, on the other hand, is made by cooking and straining tomatoes to create a smooth, thick liquid. It has a less intense flavor than tomato paste and is often used as a base for sauces, soups, and stews. **

Cash discount is granted first, followed by trade discount. This means that the cash discount is applied to the invoice amount first, and then the trade discount is applied to the remaining balance. This order is important because the cash discount is typically given for early payment, while the trade discount is a reduction in the list price of the goods or services being sold. **

Tomato sauce can be made with just tomato paste and spices, but the consistency and flavor may not be as well-rounded as a sauce made with additional ingredients like fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, and herbs. Tomato paste is concentrated and can be quite thick, so adding water or broth may be necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Experimenting with different spices and seasonings can help enhance the flavor profile of the sauce. **
